Starting to get the numbers and roundals organised with a paper template fitted to the passenger side to check proportions.
Not sure if I’ll have Adrian paint the roundals on or use vinyl stickers?
What’s my Facebook friends think? Called into Adrian’s today to see how the bonnet went, he’s also now done the satin silver headlight recesses as well.
I think he’s done an amazing job, these pictures are before he blocks it back and polishes it!

Today Adrian painted the bonnet and I think he’s done it first class job of it!

The underside of the bonnet is now completed and the flag blue paint is being applied tomorrow.

Today I fitted the door seals to the car and rehung both doors, leaving the front and back body panels to go once they’ve been painted!

Had a productive weekend with the car’s continuing fit out, hopefully the bonnet will be painted by the end of this week and another piece of the puzzle can be fitted!

100 Litre Tank is now fitted, now to fit the door rubbers and hang the doors!

The Fuel tank is now painted and will be installed back into the car in the next few days.

After smoothing the welds, I’ve sealed the aluminium and sprayed a coat of hi build primer over the affected areas.
When dry I’ll rub it back and finish it off with a coat of satin black.
