PRE-DPF 70 SERIES LANDCRUISER OWNERS

We now have multi-mapping that has been all developed in house available for pre-DPF 70 Series LandCruisers, all through the factory ECU using the factory idle-up button.

Available maps:

Map 1 – High Idle
Map 2 – Stock Plus
Map 3 – Tow Mode
Map 4 – Power Mode
Map 5 – Lope Idle

Additional features:

* Map saving – Stays in your selected map even after turning the vehicle off
* Hardcut limiter
* Launch control

All controlled through the factory ECU with no additional switches required.

🔥 DAVE’S LUXY 🔥

We had the pleasure of spicing up Dave’s little Hilux and giving it some serious grunt for him to rip around with! 😎

We supplied and fitted:

* F55 Flex Turbo
* High-Flow Injectors
* HP4 Fuel Pump
* MS Intake
* Flex Exhaust Manifold
* Custom ECU Tune
* 5000rpm limiter 😮‍💨

💪 360HP! 💪

We managed to squeeze an impressive 360HP out of this little 1KD, although that was running a much richer AFR than we’d like for everyday use.

We ended up dialling things back to a much happier 16–17:1 air-fuel ratio, keeping things sensible while still packing plenty of punch!

We’re thinking Dave might need to come back for some multi-mapping so we can really see what this little 1KD is capable of! 😅🤣

Keep an eye out on our story as we start the build of another serious 1kd this time supporting a 8hp transmission.

N70 HILUX OWNERS! 🔥

We recently finished off this early K-Line N70 Hilux with some serious upgrades!

The setup:

• Gated Flex 44mm turbo
• +30% injectors
• In-house multi-mapping through the factory ECU

With some careful tuning, we were able to achieve a great spread between the different maps, completely transforming the way this Hilux drives!

Even with the factory top-mount intercooler still in place, we managed to achieve some awesome results!

Multi-mapping features:

• ✅ Stock-ish map
• ✅ Tow map
• ✅ Power map
• ✅ Lope map
• ✅ Launch control
• ✅ Hardcut limiter

4JJ1 D-MAX WITH A LITTLE BIT OF SPICE 🌶️

This D-Max came to us for a fresh engine, and while he was at it, he decided to go all in on a performance package that gives him the best of both worlds — mild to wild at the flick of a switch.

The package includes:

Flex F55 turbo ✅
Flex exhaust manifold ✅
MS intake manifold from Powerline Performance
High-flow injectors from DieselGeeks✅
Stroker pump to keep those injectors fed✅
Custom ECU tuning with adjustable power levels ✅
Hard-cut limiter ✅

Already fitted:

Front mount intercooler ✅
3 Inch Exhaust System ✅

We were able to give him a range from 193HP & 417NM all the way up to 325HP & 788NM.

Nice and simple one this one 👌

After chatting with the customer about some ongoing exhaust issues, he opted to replace the existing system with a brand new 3-inch turbo-back exhaust.

We supplied and fitted the new exhaust, then got it next door and onto the dyno.

With some careful tuning, we were able to extract a nice 205hp and 550Nm, while keeping the air-fuel ratio at a safe 17:1.

No more exhaust issues, along with a healthy increase in power and torque when needed.

💥 4JJ3 AUTO MAZDA BT-50 💥

This one rocked up to us with a pre-fitted 3.5-inch turbo-back exhaust system with muffler.

Unfortunately, due to the exhaust setup, the vehicle was in limp mode when it arrived, so we weren’t able to get a pre dyno run.

We got straight into the tuning and managed to get this BT-50 up over the 200HP mark, making a strong 614NM.

🔧 Setup:

• 3.5-inch turbo-back exhaust system
• Custom ECU tune
• Our custom TCM tuning
• 26–27 PSI boost
• 17:1 air-fuel ratio
• Hard Cut limiter
