Fitting up some sound upgrades for the team at MAAB Building Services!

These guys are out there every day tackling renovations and building projects, so we decided to give their mobile office a serious audio upgrade.

We fitted a pair of Alpine DM-65C splits, with the woofers mounted in the doors and tweeters installed in the pillars, delivering crisp, crystal-clear sound throughout the cabin.

To round it all off, we installed a Pioneer 170W slimline under-seat subwoofer to add some much-needed bass.
We also designed and 3D-printed a custom controller mount on the dash, allowing easy adjustment of the subwoofer level while on the move.

The result is a clean, professional installation and a massive improvement in sound quality—making those long days on the road that much more enjoyable.

Towing a caravan can be stressful at times, but having the right gear fitted makes all the difference when it comes to safety and peace of mind.

Today I installed a Safety Dave rear camera system, running quality cabling from the monitor in the vehicle right through to the rear of the van. I also upgraded the standard 7-pin trailer plug to a 12-pin setup and fitted Anderson plugs through a smart isolator to protect the starter battery.
