Apparently everyone’s sick of AI-generated ads, so we’ve decided to give child labour a crack instead.

Our new marketing manager is 4, accepts payment in Tiny Teddies and has a pretty loose understanding of how to spell mechanic.

This is her first official advertisement for Alltech.

We’re not sure what half of it is, but she’s very proud of herself and quite frankly, we’re too scared to give her feedback.

Anyway, her dad fixes cars really bloody well. Please book in so we can keep her on the payroll 😂🔧

Ram 2500 with a cylinder 6 injector fault. Diagnosed the issue as broken wiring. Repaired and back on the road. ✅

🔧 A LITTLE INTRODUCTION TO THE FAMILY BEHIND ALLTECH!

We’re Rowan and Emily, we’ve got two little girls, two boxer dogs, a bunny and a lorikeet. Basically a zoo with a mortgage 😂

Rowan’s the mechanic, he loves the big complicated jobs and apparently working on cars all day isn’t enough because he always has a project car of his own!

I’m the one behind the Facebook posts, running the household and occasionally attempting to help with quotes despite knowing stuff all about cars 😂

Life’s pretty chaotic, but we wouldn’t have it any other way!

We’re just a local family trying to build a business we’re proud of, and every booking, recommendation and share means more to us than you probably realise.

So thanks for supporting our little family and keeping Rowan busy (and out of my hair) ❤️🔧

🔧 A little behind-the-scenes at Alltech Automotive… 🏁🔥

While Rowan spends most of his time fixing everyone else’s cars, he’s been using what little free time he has to work on his absolute passion project — building a car for Summernats 39! 😎

And because apparently buying a sensible project car was never an option… he picked up this Toyota Lexcen (VS Commodore) for a whopping $500! 😂

Since then, it’s had a slight upgrade:

💥 LS2 conversion
💨 Single turbo setup
⚙️ Built TH400 transmission with a 4000RPM stall converter
🎨 Fresh paint job
🔩 Exhaust system & dump pipe currently being fabricated in-house by Rowan
…and plenty more hours, dollars and questionable decisions than we’d probably like to admit! 😅

A massive shoutout to the legends who have helped bring it together:

🔧 TK Performance Transmissions — TH400 build
💨 Tony’z Turbo Garage — turbo manifolds
⚙️ Crow Cams — all internal engine components
🎨 Vertex paint and panel— fresh paint job

The exhaust and dump pipe are currently being designed, fabricated and built in-house by Rowan, because apparently he doesn’t know how to just leave a project alone. 😂

And we’re pretty sure those freshly painted guards are going to look very different after Summernats… 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

But hey — no expense spared when it comes to a passion project! 🏁🔥

We’ll be sharing the progress as this $500 Lexcen gets turned into something a little less $500 Lexcen and a whole lot more Summernats-worthy. 😎

🔧 Another Hilux saved by Alltech Automotive! 🛻

We were called out to this Hilux after it decided it simply wasn’t interested in starting. 😅

After diagnosing the issue, we found a faulty key fob — problem solved! But while we were there, the customer asked us to have a look at an oil leak.

And that’s where things got interesting… 👀

We found a cracked EGR cooler, which had been dumping a serious amount of soot throughout the engine bay. We also found a leaking rocker cover.

Once we started pulling things apart, we discovered the real culprit — a number of missing inlet manifold bolts and the main EGR cooler mounting bolts. With the cooler not properly secured, it had been under unnecessary stress, eventually causing it to crack and fail prematurely.

🛠️ The fix:
• Genuine Toyota replacement parts
• Ultrasonic cleaning of all reusable components
• Correctly secured and reassembled
• Thorough inspection to make sure everything was back where it should be

And most importantly…

✅ Hilux back on the road safely
😊 Happy customers
🔧 Another job done properly
