A clean carburettor offers the best performance and reliability. This FCR-MX carb has been cleaned, serviced and tested. I use a remote fuel cell to test for leaks or flooding, and in this case accelerator pump operation which you can see in the video.

900 Monster Restoration Project in progress.
It may look like the bike from the movie Tron at the moment but when complete will be fully serviced and tuned. New paint includes frame, tank, wheels, motor and front guard in original colours. New tyres, cambelts, outer case bearings and seals, stainless case bolts and new correct spec disc bolts. Carburettors and forks serviced.

While once the norm, carburettor work is a specialty nowadays. Fewer and fewer shops are willing to work on them. I have set up a seperate workspace just for carby work away from the other work benches. A mate gave me this device which is great.
