TRACK OR TREAT Halloween at The Bowl 🎃 FAQ & NOMINATIONS
KIDS UNDER 10 FREE!!!
It's nearly time for another night at The Bowl, with our Halloween meeting this Saturday, October 31.
We've put together all the important information for Saturday night, along with our current nominations.
Whether you're a regular at The Bowl or joining us for the first time, here is everything you need to know😁
WHAT TIME DOES IT START?
Spectator gates open at 3.00pm
Cars on track from 5.30pm
Racing from 6.00pm
WHAT TIME WILL IT FINISH?
We aim to have the final race completed before 9.30pm.
Some nights we finish a little earlier, occasionally we run a little later, so please treat this as a guide.
HOW MUCH IS IT?
Adults $20
Students 10–16 $10
Kids under 10 FREE!
No need to pre book, just grab your tickets at the gate.

We've got a great mix of racing lined up, including:

Lawson Constructions - Junior Microsprints
KrankHouse - Sportsman Microsprints
NSW Lightning & Litre Sprintcars

WHAT'S HAPPENING FOR HALLOWEEN?
We'd love to see the kids dressed up in their favourite Halloween costumes.
We'll have lollies to hand out, our Halloween craft station will be back for a bit of painting, and there'll be music for the kids to dance along to.
WHAT ABOUT THE WEATHER?
We're keeping a close eye on Saturday's forecast and hoping the weather plays nicely.
We'll be posting regular updates on our page throughout Saturday, so please keep an eye out.
And remember, just because it's raining at your place doesn't mean it's raining at The Bowl 😂
Our crystal ball is about as reliable as the 26 weather apps we've been checking, so for now it's full steam ahead!
CAN I PAY BY CARD?
Yep, EFTPOS is available throughout the venue, but we recommend bringing some cash as a backup just in case.
WILL THERE BE FOOD?
Absolutely. Come hungry, Lou Lou’s snack shack and Besom Mobile Cafe will have you covered throughout the night.
WILL THERE BE MERCHANDISE AVAILABLE?
Both Lake Liddell Speedbowl and POWRi Racing Australia merchandise will be available to purchase on the night.
Get in early for the best choice of sizes.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS?
Of course! You're welcome to pack some snacks, bring a picnic or bring your own non alcoholic drinks.
BYO alcohol is also permitted. We just ask that you drink responsibly and remember NO GLASS please.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Bring along a camping chair or blanket, something warm for later in the evening and hearing protection for the kids.
An old pair of glasses or sunglasses is also recommended, especially if you're sitting close to the fence. Speedway can get a little dusty and dirty, but that's all part of the fun.
CAN I BRING THE DOG?
Well behaved dogs are welcome, just keep them on a leash and with you.
Speedway is VERY loud though, so make sure your four legged mate is going to enjoy it as much as you do.
CAN WE CAMP?
Absolutely. Why not make a weekend of it!
Camping is available within the Lake Liddell Recreation Area. Camping is managed separately from the Speedway, so bookings and enquiries need to go directly through them.
IS THE VENUE ACCESSIBLE?
The Bowl has accessible amenities and designated accessible parking.
Parking spaces are limited, so arriving early is your best bet.
CAN I GO INTO THE PITS?
YOU SURE CAN.
Pit passes can be purchased at the gate if you'd like pit access during the meeting. Enclosed shoes are required in the pits.
Once the racing is finished, ALL spectators are encouraged to head into the pits!
Come down, meet your favourite drivers, check out the race cars up close and grab some great photos.
The kids might even get the chance to jump into a race car for a photo.

Take plenty, share them with your mates and don't forget to tag Lake Liddell Speedbowl so we can see them too.
IS THERE A LIVE STREAM?
There sure is, If you can't make it to The Bowl, live coverage will be provided exclusively by What's On Speedway TV.

FIRST TIME AT THE BOWL?
You don't need to know anything about Speedway to come along and have a great night.
Bring the family, round up your mates, grab some chairs and find yourself a spot on the hill.
Enjoy the racing, make some noise, and when it's all finished come down into the pits and meet the people behind the helmets.
We can't wait to welcome everyone back to The Bowl this Saturday night!
