Motorcycle Rental & Service | Lewisham, Sydney

We're Xpert Moto, Sydney's go-to motorcycle rental and service centre — and we're growing!

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join us in Lewisham. If you know motorcycles and enjoy working with people, this could be the role for you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Welcoming and assisting customers at our rental centre
Handling bookings, enquiries, and general admin
Driving our van to deliver and collect bikes across Sydney
Supporting day-to-day workshop and rental operations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Valid driver's licence (essential)
Strong knowledge of motorcycles
Physically fit — some of our bikes are big machines
Great customer service attitude
Reliable, punctual, and a team player

WHAT WE OFFER:

Customer Service & Operations Assistant – Xpert Moto Group

📍 Lewisham, Sydney | 💰 $70K–$80K/year | 🕐 Full-time (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm)

About Us:
Xpert Moto Group is a dynamic motorcycle company in Sydney offering rentals, tours, mechanical workshop services, and an e-commerce store for motorcycle parts and accessories. Our workshop handles a wide range of bikes daily — from scooters to high-performance motorcycles.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service & Operations Assistant to support our front office, online shop, and workshop. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys variety — from helping customers and packing orders to assisting in deliveries and workshop coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and in person

Manage rental and service bookings

Pack and dispatch online store orders

Deliver and collect motorcycles using the company van (driver’s licence required)

Assist the workshop team with basic mechanical tasks

(Bonus) Contribute to social media, photography, and marketing content

Requirements:
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Valid driver’s licence (manual preferred)
✅ Basic mechanical knowledge (motorcycles preferred)
✅ Passion or experience in the motorcycle industry
✅ Reliable, organised, and proactive
✅ Good computer skills (Shopify or similar experience a plus)
✅ Social media or marketing skills are a big advantage
