Another completed car at JKD Racing.

This Mazda ND MX-5 was in the workshop for a custom half cage, built to suit the customer’s needs and help improve safety for track use.

It’s always great working with passionate motorsport people, and this customer is a top bloke. We love seeing drivers enjoy their cars safely at club track days with the MX-5 Club of Victoria.

Another job completed in the JKD Racing workshop.

This customer purchased a bolt-in cage but needed some assistance with the install. It’s now fitted and in place, ready for the customer to continue prepping the car for on-track action.

Whether it’s race car preparation, roll cage installs, fabrication, servicing or full builds, the JKD Racing workshop is here to help get your project moving.

Tasmania was a great, positive weekend for Jensen Engelhardt and the JKD Racing team.

There were plenty of positives to take away and some great improvements found across the weekend. Jensen was matching times with the front runners as he continues his driver development with one of the best in the business, Stephen “Whitedog” White.

Every round is another step forward, and it’s great to see the hard work starting to show on track.

Real World Problem. Real World Solution.

During the FLYING SPANNERS Apprentice Challenge at AAA Expo 2026, competitors were put to the test in a fast-paced wheel change challenge designed to showcase the next generation of automotive technicians. 🏁

But mid demonstration, things took an unexpected turn…

A bolt was stripped at the Flying Spanners stand, leaving damaged threads and stopping the wheel from being reassembled. With the challenge on hold and the clock ticking, the team turned to the Warren & Brown ThreadSaver.

⏱️ In less than 10 minutes, the damaged thread was repaired and the demonstration was back up and running.

No major downtime.
No replacement parts.
No stress.

Jensen Engelhardt Racing wraps up a successful weekend at the 2026 Tyrepower Tasmania Super 440.

Some good results and getting in amongst it with the other competitors in the Tyrepower V8 SuperUte Series .

We head back to the workshop now and prepare for the next round in Perth 31 July to 2 August.
