2 pc, 16 gauge aluminum headliner fabricated for the 1974 Bronco. The overall shape mimics the outer roof skin tapering front to back while being higher in the centre. This will be covered in foam and then wrapped in Alcantara with the screws painted to match.

Front end mocked up on the 1974 Bronco, skid plate will have close out panels on either side to the frame. The skid plate was water jet cut, routered, then hand filed and sanded to round off the edges.

Power steering reservoir fabricated, steam vent line bent and transmission cooler lines finished off on the 1974 Bronco.

Continuation of the line routing on the 1974 Bronco. All lines are stainless steel with AN fittings, using mostly exclusively XRP fittings. Transmission cooler lines, fuel line, valve cover breather hoses all fabricated. E brake cables ran down the rear trailing arms and licence plate wiring ran in a stainless tube on the sore tires carrier.

Cold air intake and air box fabricated for the 1974 Bronco. The air box has a replaceable rectangular air filter that was sized after the factory mustangs, the air inlet in the radiator support was sized appropriately for a 4in inlet accounting for the screen.

Radiator hoses fabricated, fuel vent canister mounted and plumbed, and brake lines started for the 1974 Bronco.

Vintage air AC lines on the 1974 Bronco fabricated from the condenser to the inner fender panel and compressor. Lines are ran under the battery tray and out to the inner fender to keep them inconspicuous.

Cowl area, firewall and windshield frame welded in and finished on the 1974 Bronco. Battery mount and tray fabricated, the mount has openings to run the AC lines and wiring in it coming from the outer inner fender. While still being able to access the body mount bolt and provide a spot to bolt the inner fender to.

Radiator and AC condenser mounted, power steering cooler mounted to underside of radiator mount and remote oil filter placed on the 1974 Bronco.
