Custom headers in the 1974 Bronco with the Roadster Shop IFS 4x4 front suspension and 5L coyote. Due to the size of the coyote and the clearance needed for all the suspension travel these headers are very unconventional looking. Ultimate Headers cast stainless 90s were used off the SPD flanges to get the 3/8in clearance needed to the upper control arm mounts and when the suspension cycles at full bump the upper bolt gets within 3/8in of the headers.

Continuation of the interior fabrication in the 1975 Bronco. All panels are made of aluminum then will be covered in foam and upholstery. All panels are gapped for material thickness and for optimum fit.
Original rear seat frame was straightened, welds rewelded, blended and new pan made for seat base. Returns added for the panels that will hide the audio components under the seat.

Interior fabrication begins on the 1975 Bronco. Going for a new luxury car feel but paying homage to the vintage bronco styling. All the old pieces are refined and fit much better then factory.
It will have all the modern amenities, heated seats, AC, LED lighting, leather and full Moscani/Focal audio system.
All the audio wires are hidden in channels welded into the floor. This allows the carpet to sit flush without having to raise the floor.

All the little details on the 1974 Bronco that will mostly go unseen. Custom radiator mount/cover, built to spec line clamps, all components are wired in individually with plugs for serviceability, diff/tcase vents, 4x4 shifters bent to clear, custom stainless lines and the list goes on and on. This will not be your standard bronco build.

Passenger side header finished on the 1974 Bronco. Space was incredibly tight between the Roadster shop 4WD IFS front suspension and the coyote heads. Ultimate headers cast 90deg bends were used off two of the exhaust ports giving us 1/4in of clearance to the frame at the tightest spot. The headers clear the suspension at full bump and you are still able to access all the bolts to remove them.

1974 Bronco roll bar fabrication. Roll bar was fit with a 3/4in gap to the custom aluminum head liner to allow for foam and Alcantara with no rubbing. The front halo bar will have adjustable links to support the windshield frame. All gussets were curved to keep an organic flow to the cage as the Bronco has a lots of soft rounded shapes not sharp angular transitions.
