Common question, how do you “upgrade” the cluster?
The instrument cluster itself is just replaced with an instrument cluster from a higher level trim package.
The cluster needs to be programmed and milage corrected for the specific vehicle options to ensure it functions correctly.

2008-2010 F-250,F-350
Can source most other makes and models, not limited to fords, some dodge clusters are upgrade or “swapable”.
