You'll want to keep an eye on this division and its championship battle tomorrow and into the mid-summer break!
Round Three of the Chris's Bobcat Services Mini Stock division on June 20th had just about everything happen across three races.
The stage was set for a wild feature with Rosie Kitson's first win of 2026 β and first victory since August 2025 β in the 10-lap heat, and rookie Daniel MacIsaac's maiden triumph in the 10-lap semi.
Then came the 20-lap feature β and things unravelled. A multi-car wreck around halfway collected the top two drivers in points (Ricky Bedell and Adam Holland), plus Kitson, with another incident shortly after taking more contenders out of the fight.
That chaos set up a front row of rookies, Cali and Colton Bridges, for a six-lap shootout. After spending the previous two events at the back of the field, both found themselves in the spotlight. Colton held the lead until two laps remaining, when a mistake opened the door for Cali (who, by the way, had spun on the first lap) to steal an upset, first career win in the biggest race of them all.
When the dust settled, just eight points separated Bedell, Holland, and Randy MacTavish, with several others closing in. After three rounds, this division has produced eight different winners, including four first-timers, across 11 contested races.
What happens next in Round Four on Saturday, July 4th, at Oyster Bed Speedway?! 6pm green flag.
