Hello friends,

We wrapped up our recent trip with a visit to China, where we attended a major machine tool exhibition and had the opportunity to visit several manufacturing facilities.

We were graciously welcomed by the builders, who gave us direct access to their assembly plants.

Seeing their operations firsthand was truly eye-opening—the quality of the components exceeded expectations, and their overall quality control processes were highly impressive.

As part of our ongoing evaluation, additional members of our technical team will be on-site later this month to conduct hands-on testing, including live cutting trials, to further validate the machines’ stability and accuracy.

Great experience visiting the show in Seoul, Korea 🇰🇷

SIMTOS gave us the opportunity to explore new technologies and reconnect with both new and familiar faces. Always inspiring to see where the industry is heading!

We are now off to Shanghai, where we will also explore what the machine tool world has to offer from there.

🛠️ Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Service Technician, based in Windsor and the GTA, with flexibility for occasional remote work. Some travel will be required.

In this role, you will:

• ⚙️ Install, maintain, and repair CNC machinery at customer sites
• 🔍 Perform detailed troubleshooting and diagnostics for mechanical and technical issues
• 🤝 Work directly with customers to deliver excellent service
• 🛡️ Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure machine reliability and efficiency
