The first one was an Audi A4 2011 2.0 diesel that benefited from a DPF and EGR fix. Ecu was a EDC17C46 and we worked on it using the bench method for a safe and stable connection.

Second one was a Volvo S60 D3 2012 that also had a DPF and EGR fix.

Jobs were done in collaboration with Ionu Mihalcea from MHCoding Retrofit Oradea to ensure our customers will get always the highest quality services.

Been a bit busy the last weeks to post anything but we did got some work done in between jobs.

Ford Focus 2013 1.6 diesel had a stage 1 tune from 105bhp to 140bhp for a bit of power and improved fuel efficiency.
We worked on a Sid807 ecu via OBD, nice and easy job.

Another patient on the list was an Audi A4 of one of our old customer that needed a dpf solution. Ecu was a EDC17c64 and we worked on it via OBD method.

Both jobs done in collaboration with Ionu Mihalcea from MHCoding Retrofit Oradea 💪

Full house today🫣 need some space to breathe😅🫣
Besides all the light module issues and stuff that needs sorting on the other cars, we had in a returning customer with another car, a lovely e46 330d automatic.

We treated the car with a stage 1 custom tune and the results speak for themself.

Tune was realised in collaboration with Ionu Mihalcea from MHCoding Retrofit Oradea 💪

420d b47 engine in today for a power tune and a downpipe install.
Got to love working on a friend's car😅 got them doing some of the work too🫣😅

A bit of a redneck setup until the garage gets rebuilt but if it works it works💪

We worked on and EDC17C50 ecu via bench method for a secure and stable connection and the tune was done in collaboration with Ionu Mihalcea from MHCoding Retrofit Oradea .

Car pushes a safe estimate 230bhp now, without any smoke, power being delivered linear making a car a real pleasure to drive.

Out for a quick call at one of the garages we have partnerships with to sort out an issue caused by a faulty turbo that also affected the dpf.

Bratana Garage sorted out the turbo replacement, cleaned intercooler, and Ionu Mihalcea from MHCoding Retrofit Oradea worked his magic with the dpf and egr solution so everything works as it should.

The Astra we worked on today was a 2.0cdti with EDC17C59 ecu.

Reading and writing method done via bench for a safe communication with ecu, minimising interference from other modules.

On the field again today in this lovely sunny day. Today we performed a brain surgery on a sid208 from a Peugeot boxer 2012.

The van was in need for a dpf and egr fix, and while there customer also opted for a stage 1 tune to add a bit more muscle when transporting those heavy weights.

productive day today.

There is a good reason why we work with Ionu Mihalcea from MHCoding Retrofit Oradea and that is translated trough fantastic results all the time. Can't praise him enough for the good work he's been doing throughout our collaboration.

BMW e90 LCI 318d - Ecu EDC17C41 - read/write via bench method.
For our customer today, we had a stage 1+ with dpf and egr fix. Customer opted also for an upgraded downpipe to help the gases flow easier.

Unfortunately when picking up the cars FRM module decided to corrupt itself and cut the functionality of front windows and lights/signals in the car. Well nothing new we can't do here at MGL Performance so we got that fixed too.

Second one is a personal car , BMW F10 518d LCI 150bhp stock.

Car was already tuned to a stage 1 and had a questionable dpf and egr delete done before the purchase. Downpipe was installed as a recent upgrade and services carried on every 6k miles

Talked to Ionut and basically gave him free hand to do what he thinks its best for the car... and the results are hard to describe. It feels like a totally different car, with a correct dpf and egr solution, an improved throttle response, deep idle mod and also a standing and rolling hard cut... Pure madness what came out from a 518d 150bhp BMW.

Again all my respects for this wizard and his skills💪🍻.

Another day on the job, this time a Vauxhall Insignia 2.0cdti with a few issues that were on the list.
Together with Ionu Mihalcea from MHCoding Retrofit Oradea we applied the magical DPF & EGR solution reducing the headaches this car has. On the diagnostic tool we got only a few errors left, but the turbo actuator ones will probably show up again and some extra parts need replacing so the car will work back again as it should as they are mechanical issues.
