🚗 ANOTHER CHALLENGE TAKEN ON AND ANOTHER MERCEDES-BENZ BACK TO LIFE! ⭐🔧

Here’s a Mercedes-Benz A-Class that’s been with us at WH Autos for the last few weeks, and what a journey this car has been on!

Following an accident, the vehicle had deployed its seatbelt pretensioners, pyrotechnic fuses and fire extinguisher canister. Unfortunately, before reaching us, the car had already been to another garage that was unable to get it running. It was then taken to a Mercedes-Benz main dealer, who declined to take the job on.

That’s when we received the call! 📞

We travelled to the customer’s home to assess the situation, and it was clear this car needed some serious attention. We arranged recovery back to our workshop and began a full diagnostic investigation to get to the bottom of the problem.

🔧 Here’s what we carried out:
✅ Full diagnostics using official Mercedes-Benz software
✅ Replacement of all deployed seatbelts and pyrotechnic fuses
✅ Replacement of the fire extinguisher canister
✅ Replacement of the starter battery and auxiliary battery
✅ Removal of the crash data, allowing us to get the vehicle running again
✅ A thorough professional valet, inside and out, to bring the car back to its former glory!

The vehicle arrived with us as a NON-STARTER, and after a failed attempt by a previous garage to get it running, we were determined to find the solution.

By using our genuine Mercedes-Benz diagnostic software and following the correct diagnostic procedures, we were able to identify and resolve the issues, bringing this A-Class back to life! 💪

As you can see from the photos, this car needed plenty of care and attention, but the end result speaks for itself. From a non-running accident-damaged vehicle to a car looking fresh, clean and ready to go again!

At WH Autos, we pride ourselves on our Mercedes-Benz main-dealer experience, specialist knowledge, official diagnostic equipment and determination to get to the bottom of the problem — even when others have struggled.

Most importantly, we’ve sent another very happy customer away with their car back where it belongs! 🙌

❄️ Mercedes-Benz Vito – Air Conditioning Repair at WH Autos 🔧

Another job completed here at WH Autos, this time for a new customer who brought us their Mercedes-Benz Vito with a complaint that the air conditioning wasn’t working.

🔍 Here’s how we got to the bottom of the problem:

We started by carrying out initial diagnostic checks to confirm the customer’s complaint. After a few basic checks, we discovered that the air-conditioning system had no refrigerant gas.

We then carried out a nitrogen leak test and used specialist leak-detection equipment to pinpoint exactly where the system was losing pressure. Our investigation confirmed that the air-conditioning condenser was leaking.

✅ We stripped down the necessary components and replaced the faulty condenser using genuine Mercedes-Benz parts.

❄️ Once the repair was complete, we recharged the air-conditioning system and tested its operation to make sure everything was working correctly.

Another happy result through proper diagnostics, the right equipment and quality parts! 👌

At WH Autos, we don’t just guess and replace parts – we investigate the fault, find the cause and carry out the repair correctly.

🔧 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter – Rear Brake Repair

Another job completed today here at WH Autos! 🚐

Our customer reported scraping noises coming from their Mercedes-Benz Sprinter over the last few weeks.

We started with a road test to confirm the noise and quickly identified that it was coming from the rear brakes.

🔍 Our investigation revealed:
After stripping down the rear brakes, we discovered that the rear parking brake shoe spring fitting kit had failed. This was causing the brake shoes to rub against the brake disc, resulting in the scraping noise.

🛠️ The repair:
✅ Removed the faulty components
✅ Cleaned and inspected the brake assembly
✅ Replaced the rear parking brake shoes
✅ Adjusted the parking brake
✅ Carried out a final road test to confirm the repair

Another vehicle diagnosed correctly, repaired properly and safely back on the road! 👏

At WH Autos, we believe in finding the cause of the problem rather than simply treating the symptoms.
