Councillors and residents have all questioned this, our survey came back with 70%+ of households where against it. The evidence is there showing that its a faulty model, so lets stop this madness now.

The government's final decisions around local government organisation are thought to be made in July 2026

1 week to go until we find out our fate! 😱

Who will the Labour government decide we should be merged with -

1. The City and Gedling?
2. The City and Rushcliffe?
3. The City and the towns they have cherry picked from Broxtowe, Gedling, Rushcliffe?

We are hopeful with the chaos going on nationally that Local Government Reorganisation will be halted and paused until devolution can be done properly.

There are already 3 legal challenges in across the country

This current merger is a Starmer sham

Ironically the MP will be the first to know, the person who has stayed silent on the biggest issue affecting Broxtowe in 50 years! And then us mere mortals will be told our fate.

Fingers crossed for a NO DECISION!
