Are you hardworking, reliable, and ready for a hands-on role with earning potential? We’re looking for a Road Marking Operative / Labourer to join our professional team delivering high-quality road marking across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to build a long-term career within a growing industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Assisting with the installation and maintenance of road markings.
* Preparing surfaces and operating road marking equipment.
* Loading, unloading, and transporting materials and tools.
* Working safely on highways, roads, car parks, and other sites.
* Supporting the team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
* Following all health and safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
✅ Valid CSCS Card (essential)
✅ Strong work ethic and positive attitude
✅ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
✅ Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
✅ Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
✅ Previous road marking, highways, construction, or labouring experience is beneficial but not essential as training can be provided

🌙🚧 When the roads sleep, our teams get to work.

These fantastic drone shots sent by one of our customers capture our recent road marking project in Bury, where two crews worked through the night to complete a significant road marking installation.

From complex junction layouts to lane markings and directional arrows, the teams worked safely and efficiently to ensure everything was in place and ready for traffic by morning.
