It’s been a week for fitting Fiamma Awnings. 3 were fitted using Vamoose awning rails on long and short wheel base T6 campers. The vamoose not just acts as a mounting fixture, but as a drip rail carrying rain away from the open sliding door.
A wind out awning is a great addition to any day van or camper, giving you more space and linking the outside and inside making a more enjoyable camping experience🚐

This gorgeous Transit Custom 4 berth camper is now up For Sale. We completed the conversion very recently and is fresh and ready for some amazing adventures.
Kitted out with all your home from home features, it is fitted with 12v & 240v off grid set up, powered by a 280ah lithium battery supported by 160w solar panel or mains hook up if needed. a 50l fridge, sink and hob combo, Autoterm diesel heating, lots of great lighting, usb chargers as well as lots of storage. A skyline poptop makes for great head room and then makes the roof space in sleeping for two. A Rib bed system will give you a comfy nights sleep ready for your daily activities. The seats and bed system are covered in custom upholstery matching the theme of the van.
Outside a Fiamma f45s Awning has been fitted to give you shade from the sun or the rain.

This lovely spec’d T6 combi came in to us for some upgrades.
The customer wanted a comfy day van with the possibility of the odd overnight stay.
The van was treated to some fresh flooring in light blue Altro, it was insulated and carpet lined in blue. We fitted a Smartbeds full width Evo Bed system in matching VW Simora cloth. A full width draw was built for under seat storage along with some nets at the rear. The facia panels and table were finished in Matt carbon board with silver edging, making this Vee Dub a stylish and comfy all rounder! 🚐👍🏽

At QLHQ we don’t just do full conversions.
This stealth Transit Custom came into us for insulation and lining. We fitted a new plywood floor with Altro liner.
The customer also wanted an Off grid electrical system, an Eco-Worthy 280ah lithium battery, a Renogy shadow flux solar panel, solar/ B2B controller 2000w inverter, USB chargers and lighting were fitted along with a 240v mains hook up for campsite camping. A fix bed system was also installed along with a fan skylight, double swivel seat base and a 2kw Autoterm diesel heater.
This van is now ready for the customers finishing touches as she carries on with her build👍🏽🚐

April has been Mechanical month…….So something a little different in at QLHQ this week. This gorgeous Mk2 Es**rt 2.0 Duratec is in for an engine fitment after a fresh rebuild was done. It makes a nice change to be repairing and not building 😎
