👌💪 The TEAM…
Our album from the Renvale annual summer trip 2026 to Kraków.
A wonderful tradition that goes back years, and once again, the smiles tell the story.
It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day work, so spending proper time together away from work really does mean a lot. It reinforces friendships, brings everyone together, and gives us memories that will stay with us long after we’re back at work.
Kraków was a brilliant setting for it. Beautiful streets, incredible buildings, river views, old town wandering, late flights, shared meals, a few drinks, plenty of laughs and the odd tired face along the way.
Some of the team headed out on a Vistula River boat cruise, taking in the city from the water with w**e, b**r, cheese, meat platters and fruit on board. Not a bad way to spend an afternoon.
Others made the trip towards Zakopane, stopping for local cheese and vodka tasting, heading up Gubałówka Hill and then relaxing at the Chochołów Thermal Baths with the mountains in the background. Pretty special.
In the evening, we all came back together in Kraków Old Town for dinner at Morskie Oko, with live music, good food and that lovely feeling when everyone has properly switched off for a bit.
Some quieter moments on the trip were genuinely thought-provoking and emotional, and I think they’ll stay with a lot of us for a long time.
Most of all, it was another brilliant few days spent as a team.
These trips are never just about going away. They’re about friendships, memories, bonding outside work and remembering that the people behind Renvale are what make the company what it is.
A big shout out to Phoebe Mowle, who worked tirelessly to organise the whole experience. No mean feat when you’re sorting flights, hotels, meals, travel and activities for a workforce of around 50 people!
It ran like clockwork, so great work, Phoebe, and a huge thank you from each and every one of us. 👏👏
