A bit of a serious one from me today.
Over the last week, I've had a significant increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows. Your driving lessons have been agreed and booked in advance, so I do expect you to attend unless you've let me know otherwise.
Just a gentle reminder of my cancellation policy: if you need to cancel a lesson, I require at least **48 hours' notice**. Any lesson cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be charged in full. Payment for the missed lesson will need to be made before any further lessons can take place. π
I'd also like to remind everyone that payment for lessons is due **at least 48 hours before your scheduled lesson**. If payment hasn't been received by then, I may be unable to go ahead with the lesson until payment has been made. This helps me keep my diary organised and my business running smoothly.
As I'm self-employed, I rely on the income from my pre-booked lessons to keep my business running and continue providing the best service I can to all my learners. Your understanding and cooperation really do make a difference.
I also appreciate that this works both ways. Occasionally, something unexpected comes up at my end and I may need to rearrange or cancel a lesson. If that happens, I'll always let you know as soon as possible and offer an alternative lesson at the earliest opportunity.
Of course, I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. If something unavoidable comes up, please call or message me as soon as possible so we can discuss the best way forward.
