It’s not every night we get a call like this one…
At 3:00 AM, the Hugo’s Mobile Tyres phone rang. A stranded driver was stuck on the A2 after a caravan wheel had completely come off, and they desperately needed replacement wheel bolts.
Now, we don’t normally stock individual wheel bolts in our standard inventory. But we do keep a trusty "saved-for-a-rainy-day" box of odd nuts and bolts back at base.
After a bit of quick late-night research to match the exact specs, we dug through the box and—against all odds—we actually had them!
We loaded up, headed out to the A2, and got them safely sorted and back on their way.

Hugo’s Mobile Tyres got a call-out to Bluewater Shopping Centre for a punctured tyre.
The catch? The car was in a multi-storey car park that our van couldn’t fit into! 🚐❌
Not a problem for us. We carried the tools straight to the car, removed the wheel, and fitted the EV replacement tyre we had ready in stock. 🔋🔧

Picture this: I’m out on the M25, doing what Hugos Mobile Tyres does best—rescuing a customer in a lease vehicle and getting them safely back on the road. 🛠️💨
Job done, customer happy. I take a short walk back to my own van, look down, and what do I see? My very own puncture. 🚙💥
