Leah had a longer lesson this week, and she worked incredibly hard! We warmed up with a drive up Saddleworth, Leah asking me questions about what she needed to do but giving me the answers at the same time so I wasn't really needed as all 🤣 I took Lead literally all over, driving on different roads, different situations and she did amazing, we had a couple of stalling situations but she managed to compose herself and get going again. We then did three of the four manovers to see what she knew and how she managed having not done them for a couple of years until now, I was impressed, she managed amazingly 💪

Phoebe is honestly doing amazing in her lessons, she is working so hard to get to that finish line, Phoebe has overcome some testing times during her lessons, but she has not let it stop her, she persevers and works hard! This week I took her on a drive always testing her skills 💪 she did not disappoint!! She has absolutely no issues with driving on roads new to her, which helps her prepare for her test as she will more than likely drive on roads she's never been on

Izzy is working on doing left and right turns and emerges independently, and working on her steering, ensuring she understands how much to put on and when to take it off which she did amazing with this week 👏 when it clicks, it clicks 💪 it was a little busy this week with cars and people picking up from school, and it's always a good learning opportunity for effective control and observations, Izzy managed very well 😀

Honestly nothing phases Alexa, she is raring to go, and will try anything, her ability to understand the mission is amazing, Alexa has absolutely no issues at driving in an area new to her, she is able to follow the road markings, read the road, anticipate and act accordingly. Alexa is already driving around independently with a close eye 👁 from me just incase I need to help out. She is driving safely and completely 🙂

Ellis has been on fire 🔥 this week and not just because of the weather 🥵🤣. We continued to work on RAB's, taking him on a drive too, this week we decided on what help was needed from me, not a lot 💪 Ellis felt he still wasn't fully confident at making the decision if it was safe to enter the RAB, so I pushed him and told him, you tell me if it's safe and do it don't wait for me to answer, and he made the right decision everytime 💪 I helped out on one RAB, building on Ellis's confidence has been a game changer for him, he now realises he is capable, he can do it, and do it well

Thomas is making fabulous progress, he is moving off and stopping independently with only a tiny bit of help from me, were working on combining his foot work with steering and effective observations and he is getting there, there is a lot to do and remember but Thomas is doing brilliant! He shows up each week, willing to learn, talking in everything and progressing each week

Miles worked on the reverse bay park to the Left & Right, because he managed very well with the drive in bay park at doing it without a method, I asked him if he wanted to try it on this manover, he got it inbetween the lines on every go 💪 very impressed!! We just needed to finesse his observations which I know he'll pick up pretty quick, either that or he'll get fed up of me nagging 🤣🤣

Poppy was back this week after a well earned holiday 😀 she refreshed and off we went, we practiced clutch control on hill, whilst building on her confidence, she is much more capable than she gives herself credit for and I love to see her face when she's done something, understood why, how and when to do it 🫶

In Ben's lesson this week we went for a drive and using Q&A he had an amazing drive 🚗 🙌 😀 eventually Ben will subconsciously use all his skills and be able to drive independently but in the meantime we will continue to build on this skill 😀 of which he is making some amazing progress

What impressed me especially this week, Ben anticipated effectively on approach to a set of traffic lights with his gears, selecting 1st as they had turned red but very quickly turned to green and Ben was proactive and quick thinking, selected 2nd and kept the flow 💪

In Jessica's lesson this week we went for a drive 🚗 I took her all over, testing all her skills, we continued to work on moving off and driving with purpose, finding that fine line of making effective progress and not driving to fast for the situations we came up against but Jessica is making excellent progress at making these necessary decisions
