Happy Friday all ! Hopefully you have all had a good week

We’re still cracking on here at the workshop

Here’s a stunning little Ford Sierra 2.8 4x4 we have recently finished a few jobs on for a good customer of ours Darren of the Duchy Ford Club

We have previously done some work on a Fiesta ST of Darren’s so it was lovely to see him back with the Sierra

A fair few jobs were needed such as floor pan repairs, inner and outer rear sill repairs, wheel arch repairs also, along with prep and paint of some R/S side skirts along with installation.

All panels fabricated in house , installed, epoxy primed and painted to finish.

We really enjoyed this one

All buttoned up with a valet and back to a happy Darren

We do have some spaces coming up so if you need some mot welding or something abit more intricate on your classic and retro vehicles we would be happy to help

Evening all

Once again have been very quiet of recent

Upon moving into a new premises unfortunately he had to move back to our original workshop

Since then have been getting back to it and keeping busy , starting with some work recently on this VW T4 Trophy Campervan

Windscreen removal and new replacement supplied from Rob at Excell Windscreen . Great work as always

A scuttle panel repair panel installed and followed by repairs to the pillar panels and roof skin and painted to finish

A new interior Tap installed and some fresh wheel trims asked by the customer along with a deep exterior clean on us and it’s looking fresh again 😎

Happy Friday everyone!

Abit quiet on here but again keeping very busy!

Transit which we installed new outer sills , inner sill repairs to both sides along with some other works
Carried on by bodywork to lower section of the van including a nasty repair on the sliding door .
Customer choice of a dark blue to complement the brighter original colour of the van

Josh’s Subaru more extensive work carried out to inner sills , outrigger from chassis at the front ,to rear inner and outer arch replacements , again all inners made in house.

A T4 for repair to end of the sliding door rail and inner aswell as lower inner and outer arch

Aswell as a couple small exhaust repairs just recently

Happy Friday all !

Some more to the BMW e30 project, new floor panels being made from scratch , including locating throttle pedal and pedal bump stop. Some chassis rail repairs also.

Last big fabrication job on this project then onto its wheels for front and rear end repairs to be carried out .

Morning everyone

Unfortunately we are still without power so will not be open again today .

Hopefully we will be back on soon , thanks to our customers for understanding the situation.

Well that’s a wrap !

Final job before Christmas doing a makeover on this T6 Ford Ranger

2” suspension lift
95mm wheel arch extension with stainless steel hardware
Modular Wheels 10J ET -32 Wrapped in some lovely
BF Goodrich All terrain tyres
Replacement smoothed Black front grill with LED lights
Bonnet bulge/scoop to complete the aggressive transformation

Safe to say this Ranger has turned into one to remember.

All completed in 2 days and back to the customer on Christmas Eve

We really enjoyed this one and the customer is over the moon and that’s the main thing 😎

As we enjoy a couple days off ide like to thank all our customers this year and a very big Merry Christmas to you all !
