To all my valued customers, thank you for your incredible patience and understanding over the past months. I owe you a full explanation for the delays, the slower pace of work, and the challenges my business has faced.
Two weeks ago, on October 13th, 2025, a very stressful and challenging 2.5-year chapter for my family and business finally closed.
This difficulty began with a former customer, "RSM." When I first took on the workshop and faced significant overheads, I was perhaps too eager and naive, accepting any work that came my way.
The situation spiraled when I had to cut ties with RSM due to unreliable payments and manipulation. This decision was not taken well. A few days later, RSM returned with two other men and attacked me at the workshop, using an angle grinder as a threat and stealing valuable customer car parts, tools, and a lockbox of customer keys.
The aftermath of this attack was devastating, hitting both my personal safety and the business's core stability. The theft of tools and customer parts, combined with the sudden loss of work and the inability to operate effectively for a long period, left me with significant business and personal debt. The recovery required a complete rebuild of my professional resources, which has been a major financial battle.
Worse still, this traumatic event led to online rumours and malicious gossip being circulated. These false narratives, combined with the visible decline in my work output due to my personal struggle, caused customers to lose trust and pushed new work away, severely damaging the reputation I had worked so hard to build.
As a result, I lost work, customers, money, trust, confidence, and nearly my life. I went into a very dark place for a long time, fighting to get out and carry on.
This post isn't for sympathy or to make excuses. It is to state the facts, close this dark chapter, and move forward with absolute clarity.
The good news is that with the case now completely resolved and RSM sentenced to 3.5 years in prison for the robbery, an enormous weight has been lifted. I can finally feel safe again in the workshop and no longer have to look over my shoulder, which has been essential for my recovery and focus.
I know jobs have been pushed back and many of you have been waiting patiently. I only have one pair of hands and limited time due to running a business and having a young family.
I am now dedicating my full, secure, and focused attention to catching up on the backlog and rebuilding the trust that was unfairly eroded by the actions of one malicious individual and the resulting gossip. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for sticking with me.
