Harriet!!! What a legend you are. No words, nerves of steel. Harriet’s day began heading to test in her own car. She’s done loads of driving with her parents so naturally felt more confident in her own car. Half way there she is flagged down by another driver as her exhaust was hanging off! Fortunately I was already meeting Harriet at the test centre so we were able to have a quick drive in my car before heading to test.

Despite the drama Harriet took the examiner for a lovely drive - just 2 driver faults.

Harriet’s learning with me has been relatively short and sweet. Just 19 hours tuition but so much independent practice has made Harriet the super driver she is. (Thankfully ignoring dad’s habits!)

Sometimes you meet a learner at such a crucial point in their life — a time when they are not only learning to drive, but also becoming the person they are going to be. You feel part of that journey, and you become invested in seeing them succeed.

Alex is one of those learners for me.

Learning to drive while studying for incredibly demanding A Levels, with the huge goal of earning a place at Cambridge to study Medicine, has been no small achievement.

This morning, Alex ticked the important box by passing his driving test with just one driver fault! 🚗👏

He can now head off to the next big adventure at Cambridge, safe in the knowledge that he has his driving licence in his pocket.

What a year it has been!

Well done, Alex. I genuinely couldn’t be happier for you. You deserve every bit of success that comes your way. ❤️

A fabulous morning for Charlie passing his driving test on the first attempt with a measly 1 driver fault.

Charlie conquered his nerves, no overthinking and just showed the examiner what a great driver he is.

The examiner commended Charlie for a brilliant drive - praise that doesn’t happen every day!

Millie and I completed a top-secret mission to York Test Centre today. Our objective: secure a first-time pass. Mission accomplished!

Little did we know that Life360 had already blown our cover, but thankfully your parents did a great job of pretending they knew nothing.

This is one of those bittersweet moments. I’m so proud of you, Millie, but I’ll really miss our lessons—the weekly chats, the laughs, and putting the world to rights.

I know your future is bright, and this is such an important milestone. You’ve worked hard for it, and you thoroughly deserve this success.

Drive safely, always give me a wave if you see me, and don’t be a stranger. Keep in touch. ❤️ x

No messing today for Luke 🙌 a brilliant first time pass. Cool as a cucumber no drama. Which pretty much sums up Luke’s driving lessons. Luke was already a good driver when we met, having had some lessons before, lots of private practice with dad and his job in a tractor - my job was easy. Luke just needed to be test ready. A few tweaks from me and done! Well done Luke 😎

Lucy smashed the 7am test at York this morning with a fantastic first time pass.

Lucy is the most determined learner EVER!!! A mere 16 hours lessons since turning 17 in May a record breaker for my stats too!

However I can’t take Lucy’s amazing pass as my success alone, mum and dad did a brilliant job giving Lucy loads of opportunity for private practice.

Lucy super proud of you, well deserved. Drive safe x
