Renault 5 GT Turbo

This came in with a massive amount of rust, the chassis rails at the back have been remade, new floors made, inner sills repaired , new outer sills, boot floor repaired, front corners and chassis rails repaired
Rear window surrounds repaired and lots more, too much to list!

1939 Packard Six

This has recently been in for various smaller jobs, we have got it running, rebuilt the brake master cylinder and a seized up wheel cylinder, made and replaced the leaking sump gasket and a general check over and test drive, now back on the road

A nice little job, rear light surround repair on a Mini Cooper, inner & outer panels repaired, and some pictures sent in by the customer of the car painted.
Looking good!

A long while since posting! Been very busy recently. Time for a catch up

The Mercedes 814D is all done! This had:

Windscreen surround repaired
Front inner & outer wings repaired
Front outer arches
Steps
Full inner & outer sills
Outrigger repairs
Custom rear wheel tubs
Inner & outer rear arches
Rear corners
Rear door shut area repairs
Rear doors repaired
I think that’s it!

A mammoth job, but a good challenge!

A BIG job on the go at the moment

1999 Mercedes 814D

So far we far we have done Drivers side:
- Rear corner
- Full inner and outer sills
- Repairs to rear quarter panel
- Custom wheel tub made and fitted to fit single rear wheel and allow more space in the back
- fabricated new inner arch
- outer arch replaced
- outriggers repaired/ replaced
- step panel repair
- front arch replacement
- inner wing repaired

A LOT of welding and a lot more to do on this!

Start of the repairs on the Mk1 Golf
Rear valance cut out and new panel welded in, edge of rear quarter repaired and some repairs around the bottom of the boot shut and boot floor/ spare wheel well

Bit of a wiring repair on this 1936 Ford Model 38. The battery cables had been bodged over the years and were knackered. Both replaced with new wire and terminals.
