Have you tried anything new recently in your lessons?
“How do I make time for development count when there’s always more to watch or read?” A useful starting point is to connect what you learn with what you’ll do next. Taking in information can be helpful, but it’s easier to see whether an idea makes a difference when you put it into practice and come back to it afterwards.
That doesn’t need to mean changing everything at once. Pick one point to focus on, give yourself time to try it in your work, then consider what happened and what you might do next. Development becomes more active when reflection leads into action, rather than stopping when the video ends.
