SOMETIMES, THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF OUR JOB IS KNOWING WHEN TO STOP.
At Buzz Detailing, our job isn't simply to make vehicles look their best. It's also to be honest about what we find along the way.
Occasionally, a vehicle comes in for detailing and, during the initial wash, decontamination or inspection, we discover something that changes the picture entirely.
Previous repairs, underlying damage or other concerns can mean that the work originally planned is no longer the right course of action.
When that happens, we believe the customer deserves to know.
Even if it means pausing the job. Even if it means recommending that they return to the supplying dealer. And even if it means turning away work that we'd otherwise have been happy to carry out.
Recently, we've had situations where being upfront with customers has meant that the work couldn't go ahead as originally planned.
On paper, that means losing a booking.
But the customers' responses have reminded us why honesty matters so much. They've been incredibly understanding and grateful that we took the time to explain our findings before they invested further money into their vehicles.
That means a great deal to us.
We could simply focus on the job we'd been booked to do. Instead, we believe in looking at the bigger picture and helping our customers make informed decisions about their vehicles.
Our reputation is worth more than a booking. Your trust is worth more than a sale.
We're here to deliver quality work, give honest advice and treat every vehicle with the same consideration we'd want for our own.
That's the standard we intend to uphold at Buzz Detailing.
