A HIDDEN DANGER...It might only be a small nail, but it could lead to a BIG problem!

This nail was discovered during a tyre inspection at our Andover branch. Damage like this can easily go unnoticed, potentially causing a slow puncture, loss of tyre pressure and an increased risk of tyre failure.

October is Tyre Safety Month, and we're reminding motorists that a quick tyre check could make all the difference. Check your tyres regularly for:

Embedded nails, screws and other damage
Correct tyre pressures
Tread depth (minimum legal limit of 1.6mm)
