Yachting is a small world.
A captain changes yachts.
A crew member joins a new programme.
An owner acquires another yacht.
And somehow, paths cross again.
One of the things I have always appreciated most about this industry is that relationships tend to last.
Not because people keep score.
But because people remember.
They remember who listened.
Who was reliable.
Who respected their work.
Who stayed present long after a deal was done.
Over time, these relationships become one of the most valuable parts of the job.
And often, they are also where the best opportunities begin.
Looking back, many of our favourite projects started with a simple conversation. ⚓
