Welcome to the Explorador Offshore Sportfishing Mothership Program. We don't force you into a pre-packaged, single-harbor itinerary. Instead, we give your crew the tools for a custom, multi-vessel sportfishing operation and let you captain the strategy.

We are actively available and fishing the prime coastal and island grounds between Southern California and Isla Cedros. We provide a spacious, stable Mothership to act as your floating basecamp, paired with a classic 31' Bertram sportfisher to fish hard and agile from.

Where do we drop anchor? That’s a joint decision.

We bring our boots-on-the-ground intelligence and the coordinates where we’ve been finding solid numbers of yellowtail and surface action. You bring your crew's tactical strategy. Together, we look at the charts, map out the hit list, and attack the zones you want to target. We manage the heavy lifting—the fuel, the professional deck crew, the bait, and the ice.

100% Private & Custom: Exclusive to your group of up to 6 passengers.

Dual-Platform Freedom: Live and relax on the comfort of the mothership; hunt hard off the nimble 31' Bertram game boat.

Skip the Transits: Meet the boat right on the grounds of the chosen zone. No wasting days in a long, brutal boat ride down the coast.

Pricing: Packages start at $5,000 per day for the entire private program (up to 6 passengers).
