Nik’s R32 RB25 NEO Skyline was bought to us for power and reliability upgrades including-

- G4X GTT Plugin ECU
- Highflow bolt on turbo
- Fuel rail with 1000cc injectors
-YelshaD trigger kit
- DW300 fuel pump
- Kompact fuel pressure regulator
-.nz R35 coil kit
- Alloy radiator and hoses

A 3 inch exhaust and new intake was fabricated, and a array of sensors for added safety with the new Link ECU were installed.
Once tuned it made 440HP / 510NM on 22PSI with 98 fuel, a simple responsive setup with over double the power it came in with!

We had previously installed a Invidia downpipe/exhaust system, Radium rails, injectors and fuel pump to the vehicle, after these current upgrades it made 420HP / 537NM on 20PSI with 100Plus Fuel, great numbers with a stock location turbo and stock long block while staying responsive!

Antonio's clean 1JZGTE Crown came in for power and braking upgrades including-

> Link ECU FuryX wired in with a new SAS loom
> 6boost manifold and PSR turbo
> Radium top feed fuel rail and Bosch 1000cc injectors
> Walbro 460LPH fuel pump and Turbosmart fuel regulator
> Dixcel ES brake pads and SD rotors supplied by Braketech
> SAS fabricated down pipe and plumb back piping

Once tuned it made 475HP on 20PSI with 100Plus fuel and 560HP on 24PSI with E85

NEW PRODUCT RELEASE !!!

The 80mm CAN gauge is a crystal clear IPS touchscreen gauge featuring 3 main gauges – Boost Gauge, Wideband 02 (dynamic) and Tachometer, the gauge also has an additional 3 multi-display gauges, a diagnostics menu with a total of 48 live data points from the ECU. There is a configuration screen where users can select their ECU, preferred start up gauge, brightness, RPM colours and alarms for the 3 major gauges.

These are priced at $475+GST

The gauge works with both Link and Haltech ECM’s - Selectable via the touchscreen.

The unit comes with a USB-C port for PC software and firmware upgrades (future).

Connection is easy via a Deutsch connector. The whole system draws less than 150mA of current. All data is accessed via CanBus and can be setup up in less than 5 minutes.

Currently there are 3 options available:
• Universal 52mm gauge pod compatible
• Toyota Supra A80 Series 1 (Replaces the clock, no modifications required)
• Toyota Supra A80 Series 2 (Replaces the clock, no modifications required)

VL Commodore came in for a turbo conversion, wanting a factory look with more go, a simple low mount setup was decided.

- Turbo Care NZ Ltd TCR06 Turbo
- Rajab Racing Developments RB30 GTT3 low mount manifold
- Plazmaman Intercooler and piping
- 1000cc Injectors, fuel rail, Tomei Fuel regulator, Bosch 200 pump
- Link ECU VL-Link G4X ECU

Once tuned the 260,000km RB30 made a conservative 330HP / 537NM on 19PSI with 98 fuel, this setup is super responsive and drives beautifully

Damo’s 2JZ Soarer in for a retune after upgrading injectors, finishing up at 1123HP / 1148NM on 34PSI with E85 Fuel

R33 Skyline in for a tune check, still running healthy on a unopened RB25DET, factory intake and exhaust manifolds with a Turbo Care NZ Ltd highflow turbo, making 510HP / 590NM on E85 at 22PSI

R32 GTR came in for a overheating issue, a very cool car packed with HKS parts such as a 2.8 stroker kit, T51R turbo and manifold setup, upgraded gearset and GReddy brakes.

We traced the issue to a headgasket failure so the engine setup was removed, upon removal of the head the deck was found to be cracked, a new block was sourced and the 2.8 stroker kit was transferred over, with the addition of a block brace.

The fuel system was updated with new fuel injectors, pressure regulator, flex fuel sensor, and twin pump hanger setup to run E85. Once tuned it made 810HP / 770NM.

The front GReddy 4 pots were also replaced with even bigger Greddy 6 pots!

V7 WRX came in for turbo and injector upgrades, after further inpsection of the engine we found it wasnt going to survive the dyno, and was decided a SAS built EJ20 would replace it!

R34 GTR came in for a extensive build installing power and reliability mods including-

>Dixcel S Type pads and SD rotors supplied by Braketech
New intake's were fabricated to replace the old air flow meter's. After adding additional Link oil pressure, temp sensor's and 3 port MAC valve for extra safety and boost control, it was tuned to 550hp and 600nm on 100 octance fuel, owner was impressed with its performance now, being very responsive with alot more horsepower, we are throughly proud of this build in its appearance and performance
