As of this time, the Visayas Grid remains under 𝐘𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐭 Status, which means power supply is currently sufficient but with limited reserve capacity.

To keep everyone informed and prepared, please be advised that if the grid status escalates to 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐭, which means power demand is higher than the available supply, rotational brownouts 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐛𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 to help maintain overall grid stability.

Scope of Work: Solar Panel Installation on Tile Roof

Project Description:
Installation of solar panel mounting system and solar panels on an existing tile roof structure. All roof penetrations and mounting points shall be properly secured and weatherproofed using heavy-duty roofing sealant to prevent water leakage and ensure long-term durability.

Work Includes:

1. Site inspection and layout marking
2. Installation of solar panel mounting brackets and rails
3. Secure attachment to tile roof structure
4. Application of heavy-duty waterproof sealant on all mounting penetrations
5. Installation and alignment of solar panels
6. Cable routing and securing
7. System testing and final inspection
8. Housekeeping and turnover of completed installation
