1- Service Advisor
• At least one year experience in service center work
- Job Description
• To carry out service advice at the car together with the customer at the appointed location; fault diagnosis (if appropriate, together with a diagnosis specialist)
• To organize test drives to ensure correct diagnosis by a Service technician and workshop master technician
• To create complete and detailed orders with vehicle data, diagnosis, estimated FRU (operation times) and working hours, completion date, scope of costs; detailed description of faults (original statements by customer)
• To check parts availability prior to start of repairs
• To offer accessories and lifestyle products, as well as the services of the dealership within the framework of the advice discussion
• To ensure customer mobility
• To plan workshop orders on the capacity planning chart and assign technicians to the orders with the co-operation of the workshop master technician
• To obtain customer approval for extensions to orders and provide this information to the workshop master technician / time scheduling
• To check and approve the complete and correct invoicing for services
• To perform final approval with test drive and check of invoice
• To explain the invoice
• To hand over the car to the customer
• To provide information on prices and agree schedules
• To agree on payment terms with the customers, according to principles established with the directors
• To record vehicle data for the customer file
• To draw up findings reports in the case of repairs not carried out
• To make cost estimates taking all-in prices and maintenance (in accordance with the current value) into account.
• To pass on information to Parts Sales to optimize parts supply

2- Sales Representative:
- Job Purpose:
Serves customers by selling products; meeting customer needs.
Duties:
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• At least 3 years’ experience.

4- Receptionist & Customer Service:
- Job Description
• Answer telephone and assistant customers over the telephone with tacking, tracing, facility, location, contact names and numbers, general information etc. …..
• Meeting customers when they enter in reception area and assist them with locations and general information.
• Follow up & Handling customers in reception area & VIP room ( their car inside the workshop) and update them every 15 min about the situation of the car
• Track time management: organize and analyse the track time management and found the delay of the time and make an action plan and solution for the delay.
• Responsible for VIP Room view and Reception view (Accessories).
• Fast service Group: to active and organize the group work and to have a plan for that.
• responsible for the all the Accessories and the order and availability of the accessories
• Responsible of the Denting and painting vehicles (inside the workshop) .
• Responsible of the certain Customers and achieve their visit (key person).
• History: filling the jobs every day from the accountant.
• Responsible of the Customer Update data with every customer enter to the workshop
• Responsible of the follow up with customer through the phone after one day from the vehicle out.
• Work and organize in the convenient price group.

5- Stock Keeper
• At least 2 years’ experience.
- Job Description
• Receipt of spare parts and review the damaged and missing.
• Adding parts manual in the stock.
• Report daily withdrawal items.
• Responsible of selling the parts to the workshop.
• Responsible of any shortage in the stock.
• Sorting all the parts and stacking them appropriately.
• Maintaining cleanliness & order procedures in the stock.
• Maintaining proper documentation procedures for the receipt of the parts & supplies.
• Availability for the workshop sales, Zero Stock KPI.
