Job Description
1. Handle cases for sales and purchase of vehicle & process related documents.
2. Renewal insurance for clients and follow up.
3. Customer relation management & build good rapport to ensure business growth.
4. Provide data entry and general administrative support.
5. Assist in accounts AR or AP function, like preparing quotations, issuing of invoices, entering purchase.
6. Responsible for the maintenance of vehicle database records and filing.
7. Assist in collection of related outstanding payments.
8. Communicate & coordination with internal depts.
9. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Has good initiative, good arrangement skills & responsibility;
• Able to work under pressure and fast pace environment i.e. meet tight deadline;
• Computer literate (i.e. excel, words etc.);
• Some knowledge of vehicle trading or insurance-related processing skills preferred;
Working Hours:
(5.5 days) 09:00 - 06:30 (Monday – Friday), 9:00 – 6:00 (Alternate Saturday)
