That’s the philosophy behind GUNI’s approach to supporting the collision repair industry, and one of the reasons we’re excited to welcome GUNI as a new SCRS Company Member.
“Membership for us isn’t about marketing,” said Justin Rush, Managing Director at GUNI. “It’s rolling alongside the people who use our equipment every day.”
For GUNI, that means listening to repairers, understanding the challenges happening on the shop floor and using that insight to create tools that improve safety, efficiency and quality.
And they aren’t looking for polished boardroom feedback.
“Our best ideas don’t come from a boardroom; they come from repairers describing daily frustrations they have been working around for years because nobody has built the product they need.”
That connection is exactly what GUNI values about the SCRS community. Their goal is to grow based on real need: if a shop identifies a gap, they want to build something that helps fill it.
As Justin put it, “We’d much rather be closer to the shop floor than comfortable and guessing.”
