We are Proud to Partner with CureSMA!

Mobility is key to independence, but transporting traditional wheelchairs can be a challenge. That’s why Cure SMA, with support from the Luke 18:1 Foundation, is launching a grant program for FOLD & GO Wheelchairs

These lightweight, foldable wheelchairs make traveling easier by fitting in airplane cabins and eliminating the need for accessible vehicles.

To be eligible, you must be a U.S. resident with a confirmed SMA diagnosis. Approved applicants will receive a Fold & Go Travel Electric Wheelchair to keep permanently.

Apply now: https://survey.alchemer.com/s3/8443697/Fold-N-Go-Equipment-Grant-Request

Thank you to the Luke 18:1 Foundation for their generous support in launching this vital program for the SMA community!

PROGRAM UPDATE: In less than 12 hours we have already received over 250 applications and we will not be able to fulfill every request at this time. You are welcome to still apply and we hope to be able to fulfill additional requests as funding allows.
