🍁 Day 2 of 30 Days of Gratitude — The Premier Way!
❤️ Today, I’m Grateful for Our Classroom Instructors!
Imagine looking at 30 little Zoom boxes on a computer screen and finding a way to make every single student feel noticed, connected, and like they belong.
That’s what our classroom instructors do every day. ❤️
And let me tell you, it’s not easy!
They’re masters of the curriculum, juggling technology behind the scenes, keeping lessons engaging, monitoring participation, answering questions, and somehow making meaningful connections with students through a screen.
But what impresses me most isn’t just what they teach. It’s how they make students feel.
They recognize that behind every little Zoom box is a real person. Someone who might be nervous, shy, excited, overwhelmed, or unsure of themselves.
And they work hard to create a classroom where every student feels welcome, comfortable, and capable of learning.
That takes patience. Creativity. Skill. And a whole lot of heart.
To our amazing classroom instructors, I see what you do, I know how hard you work, and I’m incredibly grateful for each of you. ❤️
