🎓 Attention local businesses — we want you in the Premier Grad Bag!

Every month, 200 students complete their driver education program at Premier Driving School and head home celebrating. Each graduate receives a Grad Bag filled with next-step resources, Premier gear — and goodies from businesses in our community.

We're inviting local businesses to be part of it. Contribute a coupon, product sample, branded swag, gift card, or whatever makes sense for you. No minimum. Give as little or as much as you'd like.
The one thing we ask: it should be a great fit for Premier and our teen audience. We've spent nearly 30 years building trust with Harford County families — your contribution should reflect that same standard.

Low Intensity Support Services (LISS)
Application open August 1st

Provides up to $1000 to assist eligible children and adults with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities with purchasing eligible services to address their needs.

Driver Education is an eligible service

The wait is almost over! The FY 2027 Low Intensity Support Services (LISS) Random Selection Application opens August 1, 2026.

If you're interested in applying, be sure to submit your application during the application window. When completing the application, enter child's or adult's demographic information, not the parent, guardian, or caregiver's information.
