Thank you to Gary Fleming for 29 years of service. Gary started with the Booneville Fire Department in March of 1997 as a firefighter and worked his way up through the ranks. He will clock out in the morning at 0600 for the last time as C-Shift Battalion Chief. Enjoy your retirement, Chief Fleming.

We enjoyed joining the Northeast Mississippi Community College Nursing Class, NEMCC Campus Police, Pafford Air One, Baptist Ambulance, MEMA, and Prentiss County EMA Director this morning on a mock mass casualty incident. We try our best to be prepared for any situation we may face. Thank you, NEMCC Chief Jackson, and nursing staff, for the invitation to join you all this morning.

We enjoyed having two of the students from Booneville High School's college and career readiness class with us this morning. They got to witness our guys respond to a working structure fire at the training center, and were able to flow some water through the hose line. Thank you, Booneville High School, for letting these students visit with us and see firsthand what it's like to be a Booneville firefighter.

The Booneville Fire Department would like to thank Sutter Street South MFG-Booneville (William-Sonoma) for donating new furniture for our three stations. It is essential for our firefighters to have a comfortable place to rest between calls. Williams-Sonoma is professional, courteous, and builds high-quality, durable furniture.
