Hello

My name is Jeremy Williams, and I am the owner of DSA Collision Center in Broussard La.

Myself and my wife, Ceylon Williams, both have families in lake Charles and Moss Bluff, we grew up in Moss Bluff La. Both of us graduates of Sam Houston. We have lived in Lafayette for almost 20 years now. Our hearts and prayers go out to everyone as we start to rebuild Lake Charkes and surrounding areas.

As you know, all collision shops are most likely down right now in y’alls area and you might not know what to do if damage was done to your vehicle in the storm or you get into an accident. Now you have someone you can trust in a town that you may not be familiar with.
We work with all insurance companies, all you have to do is tell your insurance company you want DSA Collision to repair your vehicle.
Please, if you have any questions, call me. We can help you thru the process and we can help you find a rental vehicle as well.

How is DSA Collision practicing social distancing?

1. Book an appointment by phone.

2. When you come to DSA Collision Center LLC , call we when you pull up

3. A team member will come out to meet you maintaining appropriate distance.

4. We will go over damages and have an estimate emailed to you.

5. Once vehicle is dropped off for repair to start, a gloved technician will disinfect your vehicle.

6. When repairs are completed, your vehicle will be disinfected again including all contact points.

7. Once all cleaning of interior and exterior are done, we will contact you for pick up.

8. Once you get to DSA Collision, call when you pull up and someone will meet you outside with all paper work and keys.

9. All payments will be done by credit card over the phone.

Thank you to everyone for keeping all of us safe. Our customers and staff is our highest priority. We pray that all of this will be over soon so we can get back to somewhat normal again.

Here at DSA Collision we are committed to providing the best customer service possible. The well being of our customers and staff is our number one priority. During this time we will be implementing a drive up service so we can practice our six foot social distancing to keep everyone safe. You can call when you pull up and a service advisor will meet you outside, you don’t even have to get out of your car. We I’ll write your estimate and email it to you. We will be able to repair your vehicle while keeping it containment free.
We understand that we are in difficult times right now, so we can work with each customer on cost of repairs.
Hours of operation for now will be 8am-4pm M-F.
If you get into an accident make sure to tell your insurance company that you want DSA Collision to repair your vehicle.
We pray that everyone stays safe and healthy in this time. Thank y’all for all the support.
