Last night, the teams from Rad Air and traded the shop floor for the racetrack at CPW’s Airport Go-Karts! 🏁

It was a great evening filled with friendly competition, racing challenges, great food, and plenty of laughs. Events like this are a reminder that being local and family-owned is about more than just business — it’s about building real relationships with the people you work alongside every day.

We had an awesome time visiting on FOX8 , where Andy Fiffick was joined by his grandson Andrew to talk about keeping your vehicle road-trip ready and finding the perfect Father’s Day gifts for the car guy in your life.

We had a great time visiting Matrix Trade Institute and speaking with their latest class of aspiring automotive technicians.

At Rad Air, we believe the future of this industry starts with investing in people, which is why opportunities to connect with students and emerging techs are so important to us.

We talked about what makes a great shop culture, the importance of ongoing training and career growth, and why we’ve built an environment where technicians can focus on quality work, teamwork, and building long-term careers.

Last week, we had the opportunity to visit our Smithville franchise location to celebrate an incredible milestone — ONE YEAR in business! 🎉
