KDM TUNERS

One thing we have been good at over the years is making the sports we attached to look pro level. We did it in Pro Archery and now in club and semi pro level racing.. When we went racing at the semi pro level we noticed a major issue. No one representing their sponsors, no representation on the podium. If you didnt notice the last two years we showed up all matching team shirts and gear. Podiums, our shirt design was intentional trophy on right, logos on left. That was very intentional, mission look pro, feel pro, act pro. We took this serious and doing so gained great relationships, sick photos, and added value to our partners. Its more than being fast, its a lifestyle.

Whether you are starting a brand, need team gear, special event products we got you. If you need gear, gang sheets, hats, signs, stickers, embroidery, car number plates and numbers, or anything to look your best and represent hit up Black Blot Prints LLC

DTF, DTG, UV, SUBLIMATION, EMBROIDERY, STICKERS, NUMBERS, BANNERS, AND MORE!

In the heat of a bitter track battle, keeping your car cool is critical. Reliable coolant temperatures can be the difference between setting a new track record and watching an engine crack under pressure. These high-stakes scenarios are all too familiar for the Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis veterans ove...

For the last two years, our Elantra N and Veloster N has been running something no one else we know of has put in a Hyundai: an Evo X oil pump.

Our friend Oleg brought us the idea, and two full Gridlife seasons later, we're ready to talk about it.

The factory 2.0T uses a giant combined balance shaft and oil pump. It weighs 14 lbs, and inside it there are six places that can fail. That's a lot of risk riding on one part when you're beating on the car all weekend.

The TCR engineered cars cut the balance shafts, but that still leaves the big factory assembly and the potential for oil pressure issues. We wanted to fix the problem, not work around it.

Making the Evo pump live in a Hyundai took three gear sets, two chains, four guides, two tensioners, an upper oil pan from a completely different car, a welder, and plenty of "I hope this works."

It worked better than we expected:
• 10 lbs lighter (4 lbs vs 14 lbs)
• No balance shafts, so no power-robbing rotating mass
• One extra quart of oil to help with starvation and cooling
• 30 psi at idle around 1,000 rpm, same as OEM

And the vibration everyone warns about? Internet noise... Zero issues. Two full Gridlife seasons, three-day weekends, four 20-minute sessions a day, on solid engine mounts that everyone says not to run.

This works on any Hyundai N engine with the factory balancer oil pump setup. However not for the faint of heart. 100% not a drop in modification, but 100% worth it if you are a heavy track day enthusiast.

When we build engines, we don't just slap parts in and call it "blueprinted." These little things make all the difference. Full video coming soon, along with more cool nerd stuff.

Laguna was our last stop on the 2026 season. I must say this was the best turn out we have seen at Gridlife Laguna since we have been coming. Was a good hang with all our California friends, family, and .

We were able to get (Eli Villa) out to get some seat time in Gltc. .r did a tremendous job taking home a podium. broke yet another record in Street class and took home a podium.

Saturday night we had a BBQ with all our friends from , Gridlife staff, .app .industries some of the boys, and many others. Our great partners .usa.canada and were with us all weekend. Followed by a killer party at the main stage.

Although some of the team couldn't make it out (car broke) .delucia (car broke) they were with us in spirit.

What a amazing year with lots of ups and downs. Lots of bonding moments that we will cherish for a lifetime. Its the roads we travel and memories we made that mean the most. The racing well... that was pretty awesome aswell 🤪

Huge shout out to all our family, friends, and partners that allow us to do what we do. Cant thank you enough!

Season not done as we have records to chase. But until 2027 ✌️

40 days until Global Time Attack.

A few weeks ago this was the #66 Elantra N that took P2 in the Gridlife Street championship. Right now it's been taken down to the bones and is slowly being put back together as something very different: a Limited car for Buttonwillow.

The crate finally showed up, and the new aero came out of it. There's a front bumper and splitter, wide fenders, side skirts, and a rear diffuser that's almost as wide as the shop door. Everything is still raw while we test-fit and trim, but seeing that front end hang on the car for the first time was a good day for everyone here.

Inside, the cage keeps growing. The rear structure now ties into the strut towers, the roof hoops are getting paint, and the whole back half of the car has been opened up. Carbon is going in wherever we can put it: rear doors and quarter windows on quick-release fasteners, the roof, and a new trunk floor panel. It's all about getting this thing down toward weight. The battery has also moved to an Antigravity lithium unit mounted low and inboard.

The goal hasn't changed. We're hunting the Limited FWD mark at Buttonwillow 13CW, which is currently a 1:45 set by Will Drees in the Prelude. That means Will gets to try to beat his own record, and he's not the type to be gracious about it.

Thirty-one days, a lot of late nights, and a shop full of people who don't know how to quit. We'll keep posting as it comes together.

FWD Buttonwillow

Another late night... We are hustling to turn this street class car into a limited class car by Global Time Attack November 13-15th at Buttonwillow. If you thought a SEMA Association Crunch was bad.. Building a full racecar that actually needs to perform in 40 days is... nuts.

This season, this exact car broke 5 street class records and took P2 in the championship making it one of the fastest FWD to ever hit street class with Gridlife. To close out the season we set out to transform this car with a goal to be the fastest Hyundai ever produced ✔️, then moved on to the fastest FWD in Limited class which is held by Cory Wells' Prelude (sitting at our shop now) piloted by Willem Drees at a 1:45 around 13CW

Then we realized what we actually have here. We are not building any of those things we thought we were. We are building what might be the fastest FWD, period, which is a crazy statement with the heavy hitting Hondas of the past.

I hope you are all paying attention as we push this brand and chassis to uncharted waters. Don't miss history being made!

We will be updating here, IG, and YouTube as we progress and document our journey.

30 days... This car needs to be done. We need a standalone option. We explored the MoTeC Pty Ltd - Official 142 but mapping the elsd is a thing. Reached out to Australia dealers but we are far beyond anything that have done. Maybe a Link Engine Management , Haltech , ECUMaster USA , LYFE Motorsport Anyone have something we can use for Di/pi and has anyone ran can protocols foe elsd units???

Looking for anyone willing help us on our mission to break all Fwd records around the country in the Elantra N D1.

What do you guys have for us???
