" TALLADEGA COUNTY, Ala. —
State troopers are investigating after a woman died in a crash in Talladega County, Alabama, over the weekend.
Troopers said the crash occurred around 12:45 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, on Alabama 21 near the 246-mile marker, approximately three miles north of Munford, in Talladega County.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, a 2017 Dodge Caravan struck a tow truck. The truck was in the roadway, unoccupied, and being used to recover a disabled vehicle at the time of the crash.
Authorities said the driver of the minivan, 35-year-old Teresa D. Shell of Eastaboga, died in the crash.
No other details have been released at this time. There is no word on any additional injuries. "

" CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – The International Towing Museum welcomed families to its annual Truck-or-Treat event on Halloween, giving the community a chance to celebrate the holiday while learning more about the towing industry.
The free event featured decorated tow trucks, trick-or-treating, and Halloween activities for children. Families could also take part in face painting, pumpkin painting, games, and giveaways throughout the afternoon.
Bill Gratzianna, president of the International Towing & Recovery Museum, said the event is a way for the museum to connect with the community and give people a closer look at the industry. "

" DUBLIN’S NEW PARKING enforcement system officially comes into effect today, with greater emphasis on towing and fines.
It comes as Dublin City Council enters into a new parking enforcement contract with company APCOA.
Under the new system, the capital will be divided into six enforcement zones.
Each zone will have at least one dedicated enforcement officer to maintain sufficient coverage.
This means enforcement will not be concentrated solely in the city centre, with increased coverage extended to parking black spots across the county. "
