Well the old Radiator on the 70 is to the point of needing to be replaced so I purchased an Aluminum replacement from Radiator Express. It is very well built and is a direct drop in for my 70 Deville but the original Transmission cooler lines do NOT fit the Transmission cooler Bungs on the new radiator. The factory says they are a 1/4 NPT but they are NOT. They are 1/4 NPS or IPS straight thread (not tapered like NPT) I am having great difficulty in sourcing an adapter to hook up to my original 3/8 flare cooler lines. I am looking for a Male 1/4 NPS to a 3/8 inverted flare female. Any help finding this adapter or suggestions or comments on what you did in this situation would be appreciated. Thanks ! Keep wrenching ...

Tough choice but I prefer the 74. It was the last year for the round headlamps. Although as you know I am kinda partial to the 70 convertibles.

Baby got some new shoes ! Yes the 54 Coop (Stella) received her early Christmas gift. A set of Coker Star Classic Wide White (3.125 wide) Radials. I know .. a little pricey but she is worth it.
