Currently in the shop: 2012 GMC Terrain with the notorious timing chain rattle. These 2.4 Ecotec motors typically see oil consumption and timing chain guide issues. If left alone it will cause catastrophic failure! This one had a broken guide with less than 100k miles. Many GM cars use this motor, if you think you’re experiencing timing chain noise give us a call! 919-451-4566

Do you hear squealing or grinding noises when you press the brake pedal?

It could be your brake pads! See how this old brake pad had almost zero friction material compared to the new brake pad? This is a crucial component that makes your car stop. The vehicle made it in just in the nick of time.

Don't ignore those pesky sounds, call JH Automotive to make your appointment today! 919-451-4566
