Lift-Slide puzzle parking does something no conventional garage can do in a tight footprint. Platforms move vertically and horizontally on a grid, shifting vehicles into position like a sliding puzzle. One empty space on the grid allows every other platform to move.

At this Miami Beach hotel, 24 vehicles are stored in a space that a conventional garage would need twice the footprint to match. Nine of those spaces sit below grade in a subterranean pit, recovering even more capacity from the building envelope.

The system operates with valet assistance at the entry point. From there, the puzzle handles the rest.

312 automated parking spaces inside one of the most significant residential developments on Florida's Gold Coast. A 108-residence waterfront tower approaching completion on South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach.

ParkPlus is delivering a fully automated AGV parking system integrated into the building. Residents will pull into the entry bay, step out, and the robotic AGV handles everything from there. Retrieval works the same way in reverse, from a lobby terminal.
