A strong crash bar isn’t about adding more steel. Material, width, geometry, and placement all matter.
Too narrow, and it won’t provide enough clearance to protect the rider, tank, or bars. Too wide, and it can create leverage that causes the bike to catch, bounce, or cartwheel. Too heavy and rigid, and more impact can be transferred directly into the bike and mounting points.

Delrin end sliders help the bike slide across pavement instead of digging in like exposed metal ends—reducing the chance of the bike catching and creating additional damage.
