A great Volkswagen technician is about more than knowing cars. It’s about showing up and caring about the work 🔧⁣
⁣
Vince, our Service Manager at Berge Volkswagen, has interviewed hundreds of candidates, and one thing stands out. The best technicians bring dependability, a strong work ethic, and pride in what they do every day!⁣
⁣
Mechanical skills matter, but skills can be taught if someone is not naturally gifted in tinkering. Having a team you can count on to take care of your vehicle is built from the ground up, and that’s what we do here! That’s the kind of commitment that helps build trust, one service visit at a time 🙌⁣

⁣
