Last June a wonderful ambitious friend, Nicole Zimmerman, suggested organizing a car show to raise awareness and benefit the cause that is so important to my family, The ALS Association Mid America Chapter. Our Son was diagnosed with ALS over ten years ago and since then it has been our family mission to help the ALS Association raise funds to give care and support to the victims and their families and to search for treatment and hopefully a cure for this always fatal disease.
This year we are stepping it up several notches. Nicole Zimmerman, ASID IP, WABA and owner of ICT Cabinet Company and I (Vicki Flores), ASID practitioner and CLIPP, an Interior Designer and owner of Studio Designs for Life.We have collaborated on projects before and thought it would be fun to work together to make this Car Show First Caliber and do our best to raise big money for ALS Research.
Nicole has designed an incredible 6 ft BAR with upper and lower cabinets a stone top and backsplash.
