Please call our new number, 515-386-8201. Since fall 2022, we have experienced phone issues with Kinetic by Windstream. We worked with them to try to resolve the issues, but there was no permanent fix. Jefferson Telecom recently installed fiber optic in our area. We have a new phone line with Jefferson, but their contract does not allow them to port our old number. We had our old number ported from Windstream to US Cellular to a cell phone to direct people to call our new number, 515-386-8201. The number had been ported and working for a few weeks. Yesterday, it was brought to our attention that the old number is no longer a working number. So we called Windstream, and we were informed that there was an error on their end, a step they missed in the porting process, so they took our old number back. They are in the process of fixing their error and porting it again. Maybe this is a way for them to get another $180 for this month's service, because we have to pay the monthly bill until it's ported correctly. Come on, Windstream! Do better, and maybe you won't lose customers!

Apparently Facebook didnt like my profile picture. It was a picture of a truck like Jerry’s but not actually his. 🤷🏻‍♀️. That’s the only thing I can see that might have been a so called violation. I’ve removed it in hopes my page isn’t flagged again.
